Anna Marie Zarod, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025, at the age of 76. Born in Moon Run, Pennsylvania, the youngest daughter of the late John Millantz and Katherine (Koss) Millantz.  Preceded in death by her brother, John M. Millantz.; ex-husband, Steve F. Zarod; and sister-in-law, Sophie Sorace, Anna is survived by her son, Stephen (Maria) Zarod; her cherished grandchildren John and Stella; her brother, Michael Millantz;  and her nephew, Paul Sorace.  Anna’s life was one marked by resilience and love. In her younger years, she was always full of life, and her radiant smile could light up any room. Despite the many challenges she faced throughout her life, Anna never lost that smile, demonstrating a strength and grace that inspired those around her. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. There will be no visitation.  Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Philip Church, 50 W. Crafton Ave., Crafton, on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 10 AM.  Arrangements entrusted to the Hershberger-Stover Inc. Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 170 Noble Ave., Crafton. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bridges Hospice, PPG Program, 4130 Monroeville Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15146.
