Imbach, Corinne R.
Corinne R. Imbach (“Liz”) of Robinson Township, age 95, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 18, at her family home. A native Pittsburgher, Corinne was the beloved wife of the late Edward T. Imbach, Jr. They enjoyed a wonderful 62- year marriage. She was dear mother to Corinne (the late Thomas) Imbach Cline, Edward T. "Ted" Imbach, III, and Rod W. Imbach, all of Pittsburgh. Sister of the late James and Rodney Reiter. She was the heart of the family, a wonderful wife and mother, and she will be greatly missed by all who love her. Prior to her marriage, Corinne attended business school and then served as secretary in the executive offices of Alcoa. She later worked in the accounting office at Ryan Homes. In her senior years, she coordinated the programming for “Happy Time Singers” group (Chartiers Lifespan) and was a featured soloist. She and her husband Edward later performed musical programs as “The Old Smoothies” at many senior facilities. For many years, she served as head of the Altar Guild for Church of the Atonement in Carnegie. She represented the Guild at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. The family will receive friends at the Hershberger-Stover Inc. Funeral Home, 170 Noble Ave., Crafton on Wednesday 1PM until 4 PM at which time the funeral service will be held at the funeral home.
