On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, Elaine, age 74, of Crafton. Former wife of Robert Vater and the late Thomas Gentry; loving mother of John (Becky), Erik and David Vater; dear grandmother of seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sister of the late Mary Moyers and William Daley and friend of Bill W. since 1976. Interment was private. A Memorial Service will be held in the First Baptist Church of Crafton, 1 Oregon and Steuben Streets, Pgh., PA 15205 on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM. If desired, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Crafton. Arrangements entrusted to Hershberger-Stover Inc. Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crafton.
