A well-known entertainer, Flo was known for her song "In heaven there is no beer" shouted from the rooftops. She was known for leaving friends and family with a smile, as her stories and jokes were one-of-a-kind. In her free time, Flo enjoyed working in the garden, organizing neighborhood bingo, and making her infamous Miss Piggy appearances at the family pig roasts.

Flo was a devoted and loving mother to Donna (Joseph) Valentino, Paul (Lori) O'Hanlon, and Linda McNeil; sister to Ethel Grottenthaler; grandmother to Taylor (Brenden) McNeil, Alexa McNeil, Krista McNeil, and Samuel O'Hanlon; great-grandmother to Mallory White and Walker Bedillion; Flo leaves behind many loving family members, and friends, living to fulfill her legacy.
