Dear grandfather of Aiden, Dylan, Annabel and Ava Williams. Brother of Joanne Lohmann and the late Thomas Williams. Joe loved traveling with his devoted wife, golfing and spending time with his grandchildren. Friends received at the Hershberger-Stover Inc. Funeral Home, 170 Noble Avenue, Crafton, on Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM where funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:30 AM.
