Our Sweet Sister, Nancy, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the age of 75. Nancy was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 9, 1949 (37 years to the date her Mother was born). She was the daughter of the late Gustave F. Riedel, Jr. and the late Alice Ebersole Riedel.  Nancy is survived by her Brother, David T. Riedel, and his wife, Jennifer F. Riedel, of Providence, Rhode Island.  She is also survived by many wonderful Cousins on both sides of the Family.  She is also survived by her Uncle, Frederick C. Riedel, of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Nancy graduated from Moon High School, Class of 1967 and Allegheny College, Class of 1971.  She taught in Moon Township Elementary Schools for 35 years prior to retiring. Nancy loved cats (Her special cat was Phoenix.).  She loved children.  She loved to read, and to share her vast knowledge on any number of topics.  She loved to shop, and she loved her get togethers with her teacher friends.  She had a wonderful sense of humor, and she had a gift of expressing herself through her facial features - always a delight. As requested by the Family, the burial will be private.
