On Wednesday, September 23, 2020, Richard, age 65, of Westwood. Father of Richard "R. J." (Kasey), Gregory (Meredith) and Jennifer (Justin Sadler)Frank; also survived by 5 grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Brother of Ronald (Susan), Robert (Joanne) and Ralph (Karen) Frank. Rich was a sports enthusiast and an avid fan of NASCAR. Due to the current pandemic, visitation and services were for family only. Arrangements entrusted to the Hershberger-Stover Inc. Funeral Home, 170 Noble Avenue, Crafton. If desired, memorials may be made to Marian Manor-SNF, 2695 Winchester Dr., Pgh., PA 15220.
