(Kasey), Gregory (Meredith) and Jennifer (Justin Sadler)Frank; also survived by 5 grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Brother of Ronald (Susan), Robert (Joanne) and Ralph (Karen) Frank. Rich was a sports enthusiast and an avid fan of NASCAR. Due to the current pandemic, visitation and services were for family only. Arrangements entrusted to the Hershberger-Stover Inc.
