At his Ingram home, with family by his side, on Monday, June 26, 2023, Richard D., age 74, peacefully passed away. Beloved husband of the late Francee Fairman Meager. Loving father of Michelle "Micki" Meager, Matthew Meager, Mark (Darlene) Meager and Michael (Dana) Meager. Dear grandfather of Kyra, Andrew and Daniel Meager. In accordance with Rich's request, there will not be a viewing. Family and friends are invited to the inurnment service at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 10 AM (please arrive at the cemetery Visitor's Center by 9:45 AM). Arrangements entrusted to the Hershberger-Stover Inc. Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 170 Noble Avenue, Crafton. Rich was a proud wartime veteran who served with the U.S. Marine Corps during the Viet Nam War. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, 600 River Ave., Suite 400,Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
