With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Robert G. Lynch, known affectionately as Mike, who left this world on January 10, 2025, at the age of 83. He was a devoted husband to his late wife, Margaret “Peggy” Lynch, for an incredible 57 years. Mike was preceded in death by his son, Robert G. Lynch “Butch.”  He leaves behind a legacy filled with love and cherished memories. He is survived by his three adoring daughters: Suzanne Lynch-Strobel, Kelly Lynch, and Angie (Troy) DeMaster, along with nine grandchildren--Rachel, Steve, and Sara Strobel, Marrisa Ball, Chad and Hailee Quatman, and Elizabeth, Kyle, and Alaina DeMaster—and two great-granddaughters, Amira and Zarra. Mike was also a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to everyone he met. His amazing personality and endless supply of ‘dad jokes’ brought joy to all who knew him. A true teacher at heart, Mike imparted invaluable life skills to his family—showing them how to change tires, check HVAC systems, and replace flooring. More importantly, he taught us the essence of patience, love, and forgiveness. He showed us how to express our frustrations, let them go, and move forward with grace. Mike was everyone’s favorite, and he will be profoundly missed. His spirit and laughter will continue to resonate in our hearts. In accordance with Mike's request, services and interment will be private. Arrangements entrusted to the Hershberger-Stover Inc.
