With her family by her side on Thursday, December 21, 2023, Roberta E., age 98 of McKees Rocks, peacefully passed away.  Beloved mother of Bernard L. (Sally) and Gary W. Phelps, Bonnie S.(Jerry) Warren, Tina M. Kunkle and John P. Phelps. Also 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Friends received at the Hershberger-Stover Inc. Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 170 Noble Ave., Crafton on Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM where funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 AM.
