On Tuesday, March 6, 2018 William C., age 80 of Robinson Twp. Beloved husband and best friend for over 56 years of Claudia Schneider Gehr. Son of the late Mary and Mason Gehr. Loving father of William M. (Catherine) and Stephen C. (Lori) Gehr; grandfather of Emily, Abigail, Carissa, Trinity and Christian Gehr; dear brother of John (the late Joan) Gehr; also survived by nephews. Family and friends received at the HERSHBERGER-STOVER INC. FUNERAL HOME, 170 Noble Ave., Crafton on Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 p. m. Funeral service will be in Ken Mawr United Presbyterian Church, 1760 Pine Hollow Road, Kennedy Twp., on Saturday at 10 a. m. If desired memorials may be made to Ken Mawr United Presbyterian Church. Bill was a human resource manager for the former Jones & Laughlin Steel Corporation for over 30 years and was a deacon and an elder at the Ken Mawr United Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed traveling, gardening, walking and most of all, spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
